Terms and Conditions


Please read these terms and conditions CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, from time to time in our sole discretion.



  •          Original Driving Licence ( Mandatory )
  •          Original Pan card / Voters ID / Ration Card / Passport ( any one )
  •         Cheque Leaf


  •          Rates are same throughout the week with no hidden charges.
  •          Minimum billing is for 24 Hours.
  •          Daily rental amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking
  •          Every car comes with free Daily Kms calculated based on the total no. of days car is hired for.
  •          250 Kms allowed per day for smaller hatchbacks and medium cars. Extra kms Rs. 8
  •          300 Kms allowed per day SUVs like Innova or Fortuner. Extra kms Rs. 8
  •          Customer / Member should fill fuel. The prices mentioned in the tariffs are without fuel tariff.
  •          If the vehicle is provided with fuel, kindly return it at the same level.
  •          Exterior damages to the vehicle like scratches and dents by the Customer have to be settled before returning the car.
  •          Damages caused due to Over-riding of clutch/ handbrake, will be charged as per the repair cost in showroom.
  •          Vehicle will be cleaned and handed over. Customer / Member will be charged for washing charges in case if excess cleaning required (interiors / exteriors).
  •          Damages caused due to Over-riding of clutch/ handbrake, will be charged as per the repair cost in showroom.
  •          Late hour charges are applicable till 3 Hours. Post 3 Hours full-day rental will be applicable.
  •          In case of any accident or damage, vehicle will be sent to the authorized dealer for the estimation. The insurance will be claimed if the Customer / Member is willing so, insurance difference amount and grounding charges (minimum 50% rent applicable for number of days vehicle occupied in garage) the vehicle should be settled by the Customer / Member. Customer / Member should approve not to argue or bargain for repair charges.
  •         Extension of contract without notification, Customer / Member will be responsible for the next booking charges.
  •          Shorten of contract with or without notice, Customer / Member will be liable to pay actual booking cost.
